What exactly am I getting?

You’re getting a clean, professionally designed website that clearly presents who you are, what you do, and how to contact you.

Think of it as a digital billboard — fast, legible, mobile-friendly, and intentional.

Who builds the site?

I do. Personally.

Nothing is outsourced. There’s no team, no templates sold at scale, and no handoff. If your project fits the scope, I design and build it myself.

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes. You’ll have viewing access and can request edits.

Two minor edits per year are included with Digital Hosting. Additional edits are available for a flat fee.

If you want full editing access, that can be discussed after launch.

Is this good for SEO?

For most small businesses and personal sites — yes.

Your site will:

This is not an advanced SEO service, but it is a solid foundation for being found.

Do you write the content for me?

You provide the core information — text, bullet points, or notes.

I organize, clean up, and structure it so it reads clearly and professionally. Basically, yes, I'll make sure you have sufficient content to make sure the website is visually pleasing and not lacking.

How long does it take?

Most sites are completed quickly once content is provided.

If you need it fast, a 48-hour rush option is available for an additional fee.

What does the annual Digital Hosting fee cover?

The annual fee keeps your site live and includes:

Without an active hosting plan, the site is taken offline.

Who owns the domain?

Domains are purchased and managed by me while your site is active.

If you stop hosting, domains can be transferred for a flat transfer fee or allowed to expire. This avoids billing and DNS issues.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Existing domains can usually be connected.

In that case, domain management terms will be discussed during setup.

Do you offer email addresses?

Yes.

You can add up to three email addresses connected to your domain for an annual fee.

Do you offer e-commerce, booking, or payments?

No.

I don’t build online stores, booking systems, payment processing, or custom applications. This service is intentionally simple.

What happens if I stop paying?

If Digital Hosting isn’t renewed:

• Your site is taken offline
  
  

• Domains can be transferred or allowed to expire
  
  

There are no surprise fees or penalties.

Is this refundable?

Build fees are non-refundable once work begins.
