This service is intentionally simple.

I build clean, fast websites for people who need an online presence — not a tech project. To keep things efficient (and affordable), there are a few clear boundaries.

Step 1: Choose a Site Size

You’ll select one of three build tiers based on how much content you need.

• Foundational — 1–2 pages
  (Usually a homepage + contact)
  
  

• Intermediate — 3–5 pages
  (Home, services, contact, and a few supporting pages)
  
  

• Expansive — 5+ pages
  (Content-heavy or SEO-oriented sites)
  
  

This determines scope, timeline, and pricing upfront.

Step 2: Send Your Content

You can send:

• Existing copy
  
  

• Bullet points
  
  

• Links to inspiration
  
  

• Notes on tone or style
  
  

You do not need to overthink this.  If anything, just summarize your business and the aesthetic you want.
I’ll structure and polish it so it reads cleanly and makes sense.

Step 3: I Build the Site

I personally design and build your site.

There are:

• No templates sold at scale
  
  

• No outsourcing
  
  

• No platforms layered on top
  
  

Most sites are built quickly and efficiently.
If you need it fast, a 48-hour rush option is available.

Step 4: Review & Minor Edits

Once the site is ready:

• You’ll review it
  
  

• You’ll get 2 free minor edits per year
  
  

Minor edits include:

• Text changes
  
  

• Image swaps
  
  

• Small layout adjustments
  
  

Additional edits are available for a flat fee.

Ongoing: Digital Hosting

All sites require an annual Digital Hosting fee.

This keeps your site live and includes:

• Hosting
  
  

• Domain management (1 domain included)
  
  

• DNS
  
  

• Ongoing availability
  
  

• Minor edits
  
  

Optional upgrades:

• Domain bundle (up to 5 SEO-driven domains)
  
  

• Email addresses linked to your domain
  
  

If hosting isn’t renewed, the site is taken offline.

What This Service Does Not Include

✘ Payment processing
✘ Membership portals or logins
✘ Custom applications
✘ Ongoing content management

If you need something complex, I’m probably not the right fit — and that’s okay.

Domains & Ownership

Domains are purchased and managed by me while your site is active.

• One domain is included with Digital Hosting
  
  

• Additional domains are available as an annual bundle
  
  

• If you stop hosting, domains can be transferred for a flat transfer fee or allowed to expire
  
  

This keeps everything clean and avoids billing or DNS issues.
